Living in the Present 🎭NOW — The Most Precious Thing

The present is the time that is associated with the events perceived directly and in the first time, not as a recollection or a speculation. It is a period of time between the past and the future, and can vary in meaning from being an instant to a day or longer.

Living in the present moment means no longer worrying about what happened in the past and not fearing what will happen in the future. It means enjoying what’s happening now and living for today. Choosing to live in the past or the future not only robs you of enjoyment today, but it also robs you of truly living.Living in the present implies being aware of each situation and finding our eternity in every single moment.

“Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.” —Ralph Waldo Emerson

Living in the present gives us the chance to learn from the many events that go on in our daily lives. You may think that you do pay enough attention to your reality when, in fact, all you do is think about the consequences of your past actions or how scary the future is.Practicing mindfulness can boost your memory, increase your focus, reduce stress, improve your emotional fitness and more. And, most of all, learning how to be present will help you live with passion and purpose.

Life was meant to be lived freely not with full of unrealistic expectations. If you desire/expect something, make sure that you work hard enough to turn that into a reality sooner or later all by yourself. Never expect anything out of someone.

Real is something capable of being treated as fact and something that is being or occurring in actuality and having a verified existence and substance that coincides with reality. … Real is something that is not an illusion, not fantasy, not imaginary or a feeling of intuition.A reality for a particular stone or person consists of that stone’s or person’s interactions with changing environments – ie with what becomes for them.

The present moment is the only time we can modify with our actions and decisions. … It’s important for us to stop for a second and think about the number of times we’ve kept ourselves from living in the present moment just out of fear of future or past memories.

Life is available only in the present moment. If you abandon the present moment you cannot live the moments of your daily life deeply. The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.

Simply living a truly great day means Life is available only in the present moment. If you abandon the present moment you cannot live the moments of your daily life deeply. The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.

We live because there are people who love us, and people we love back. We live because we want to find out things, and learn, and become able to do things that we would like to do. We live because others want us to, and we want them to live along with us. We live because we have hope, and want to see what happens next.

Being In The Present Moment Even When It’s Hard

Enjoying the present moment comes down to mindfulness, which is simply a state of being aware.

When you’re experiencing pain, though, you’re likely to want to ignore it so that you don’t feel it anymore.

Yet in most cases it seems that when you’re faced with uncomfortable feelings the best way to handle them is to actually allow the feeling to be with you.

This explanation really made sense to me:

If you had a baby (your emotions) and every time it started to cry you stuffed it in a closet so you didn’t have to hear it, how do you think that baby would turn out psychologically when it grew up?

That’s basically what you’re doing to yourself every time you refuse to be with yourself in the present moment because you are experiencing a negative emotion.

Instead, feel it and let it go.

Your life arises from the decisions you make about the circumstances your encounter .

Every moment ,everyone is making decisions ,whether they are verbalized ,or not . Whatever is going on ,you either stay on your desires …

“No amount of regretting can change the past, and no amount of worrying can change the future.” “If you want to conquer the anxiety of life, live in the moment, live in the breath.” “Let today be the day you stop being haunted by the ghost of yesterday.

Be present in all things and thankful for all things…

“When the past becomes the present, you lost your future.”

Thank you

Have a great present moment…🌠
