AUTISM spectrum Disorder

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a developmental disorder that affects communication and behavior. Although autism can be diagnosed at any age, it is said to be a “developmental disorder” because symptoms generally appear in the first two years of life.Several different genes appear to be involved in autism spectrum disorder. For some children, autism spectrum disorder can be associated with a genetic disorder, such as Rett syndrome or fragile X syndrome. For other children, genetic changes (mutations) may increase the risk of autism spectrum disorder.

ASD affects different people in different ways. Some people can’t speak or learn. Their behavior may seem strange; they may avoid other people; they may pace and move their bodies in unusual ways, like flapping their hands. They may repeat lines from TV shows or movies. ASD has a tendency to run in families, but the inheritance pattern is usually unknown. People with gene changes associated with ASD generally inherit an increased risk of developing the condition, rather than the condition itself.

Altogether Autism uses the term autism except when talking about diagnosis, where the term Autism Spectrum Disorder is used. Other commonly used terms are Autism Spectrum, Autism Spectrum Condition, Asperger Syndrome, “Aspie,” High Functioning Autism, Pervasive Developmental Disorder not otherwise specified (PDD-NOS).

Treatment for Autism

The most effective treatments available today are applied behavioral analysis (ABA), occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, and pharmacological therapy.

Why Does Autism Come?

We know that there’s no one cause of autism. Research suggests that autism develops from a combination of genetic and nongenetic, or environmental, influences. These influences appear to increase the risk that a child will develop autism.

“One day we will look back on all the therapies the appointments, the lack of sleep the tears, the tantrums, the triumphs, the milestones, the ignorance, the awareness, the drama, the acceptance, the struggle, the headache, the strength, the love… and then we smile because all of these made the journey worth every second.”

Autism is not a disability it’s a different ability…

Aladdin is a 1992 American animated musical fantasy film produced by Walt Disney Feature Animation and released by Walt Disney Pictures. … It was produced and directed by Ron Clements and John Musker, and is based on the Arabic folktale of the same name from the One Thousand and One Nights.

Aladdin in Arabic means ‘nobility in faith’. That meaning definitely works for the hero of the film as we’re shown him to be noble and just in his actions.

When street rat Aladdin frees a genie from a lamp, he finds his wishes granted. However, he soon finds that the evil has other plans for the lamp – and for Princess Jasmine. But can Aladdin save Princess Jasmine and his love for her after she sees that he isn’t quite what he appears to be?

Aladdin, a common thief, falls in love with Princess Jasmine, but cannot marry her as he is not a prince. Jafar, a royal vizier with a hidden agenda, enlists Aladdin’s help to retrieve a magical lamp.

Aladdin is a truant child, living with his mother in poverty in a Chinese town. In a fit of rage, the magician traps inside, still holding the lamp. … After two days miserable and alone, Aladdin accidentally rubs the ring the magician gave him, and a jinn (or genie) appears.

Deep in the Arabian Desert, Princess Jasmine lived with her father, the Sultan of Agrabah, and her tiger, Rajah. The Sultan had said Jasmine must marry a prince—and soon. But Jasmine wanted to marry for love, not just to make her father happy! … Aladdin took Jasmine to his home.

The weakness of the film is in its leads, a street urchin named Aladdin and a sultan’s daughter, Jasmine. As a romantic couple, they’re pale and routine, especially compared to the chemistry between beast and the beauty. They look unformed, as if even the filmmakers didn’t see them as real individuals. All of the film’s best moments come from the genie and the other supporting characters, which include a plump little sultan, his scheming vizier, an angry parrot named Iago, a chattering monkey, a friendly flying carpet, and even a magic cave that turns into a fearsome face so that Aladdin has to venture down its throat.

As soon as he returned from his magic carpet ride with the princess, the Sultan ordered him to build a palace. Aladdin rubbed the magic lamp and asked the genie if he could build a palace for him. Genie agreed and in some minutes he made a beautiful palace for his master. Aladdin was now able to marry the princess.

The overall theme of Aladdin is that infinite strength and wealth comes from within, and it is best to be yourself because poor or rich you are a “diamond in the rough”. In the original tale Aladdin, the protagonist, loses his magical genie and discovers that true identity is a buildup of character not wealth.

A Trip to Himalaya

When to go

“The best time for foothills of the Himalayas is March to November. Every season is different. June and September is my favourite time for the Himalayas, because it is hot, has clear sky and beautifully green.

The Himalayas are a vast mountain range and has many entry points such as Delhi in India, Kathmandu in Nepal, Paro in Bhutan, Lhasa in Tibet and Islamabad in Pakistan. … You can take a flight to Delhi or travel by railways from any destination as Delhi being the capital of India, is well connected to all regions.

According Debapriyo, most commercial airlines avoid flying directly over the Himalayas. This is because “the Himalayas have mountains higher than 20,000 feet, including Mt Everest standing at 29,035 feet. However, most commercial airplanes can fly at 30,000 feet.” … The Himalayan region has almost no flat surfaces.

Dangers of Himalayala

Recent warming has caused glacier retreat in high-mountain Asia, with a corresponding increase in the size and number of glacial lakes dammed by glaciers or their debris. A glacial lake outburst flood (GLOF) occurs when these dams fail — for example, from melting, avalanches or upstream GLOFs.

Though the Himalayas‘ natural beauty draws in thousands of tourists a year, one of the main reasons so many people travel to the region is to take on the lofty peaks themselves. The Himalayas are home to the world’s tallest mountain, and scaling it is a true feat for any skilled mountain climber.

The Himalayas act like a high wall, blocking the winds from passing into Central Asia, and forcing them to rise. As the clouds rise their temperature drops and precipitation occurs. Due to the presence of the himalayas , areas of low pressure develop in north and northwest parts.

The most extensive of all mountain ranges, the Himalayas stretches across the lands of Pakistan, India, Bhutan, Nepal and eastern China. Home to the highest peaks on the planet, it represents the courageous and vivacious spirit of these countries’ nomadic tribes. If you’re planning a trip to the Indian Himalayas, these are the things you need to keep in mind.

For mountain lovers and the vertically inclined the Himalayas represent nothing less than the crowning apex of nature’s grandeur. Here dramatic forested gorges rise to skylines of snow-capped glaciated peaks through a landscape that ranges from high-altitude desert to dripping rhododendron forest.

Home to some 50 million people, this is no alpine wilderness, but rather a vibrant mosaic of peoples, cultures and communities, criss-crossed by ancient trading and pilgrimage routes that offer their own unique inspiration. Test your mettle against some of the world’s most audacious and dangerous roads, or set a more measured pace on a trek through yak pastures to prayer flag-strewn passes haunted by snow leopards and red pandas. Stretching in a 1550 mile-long arc (2500km) across Asia from Kashmir to Kathmandu, Lhasa to Ladakh, the Himalayan range is a big place. Focus your pilgrimage on one of these dream trips.

Faith is like the Himalaya mountains which cannot possibly change. Climb the mountains and get their good tidings. Nature’s peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. All the gods, all the heavens, all the hells, are within you.

The heights of the Himalayas is where no life dwells in the scenic views of the deep gorges while you walk past the dead for the adventurous trek. “Live for the love of all things living and green.”

Sitting somewhere in the Himalayas, the silence that surrounds is of the Himalayas, not of you

*You have to find your own Himalayas within..*

Thank you…

Have a nice day ♥♥♥

Darkness is a symbol of evil or mystery or fear. The darkness is almost a monster waiting to swallow you whole. The emotional response to an absence of light has inspired metaphor in literature, symbolism in art, and emphasis. The Prince of Darkness is the devil.

A person living life in darkness is blinded by wickedness and hopelessness. … He may be pessimistic with the belief that he will dwell forever in this dark world and that the bright side of life is impossible to see.

Like darkness on earthDarkness of the mind exists in blocking, deflecting, or obstructing Light — good thoughts and happiness which, by our humanity, we pursue naturally. But once Darkness of the mind blocks human happiness, it then can become quite powerful.

It’s a place where you feel helpless. Where days blend into each other and time has no value. It’s a place where you don’t care too much about anything. It’s a period in your life where the world could be hurting and you don’t seem to care.

The ‘dark side‘ is the part of the self that lies hidden in the shadows of our personality. We are often surprised to learn that it exists and it is usually a part of ourselves that we would rather deny – a sort of motived forgetting. This ‘false self’ is what people present to the outside world.

Without Hope

The dark side of our nature is our mysterious and fragile underbelly – our negative, but all too human, side. For many of us, it may be easier to simply avoid looking into the darker aspects of ourselves and our world – the suffering we see everywhere around us, from real world events to the entertainment we consume.

“Keep your thoughts positive

because your thoughts

become your words”

“To be a star, you must shine your own light, follow your own path, and don’t worry about the darkness, for that is when the stars shine brightest.”

Fairy Girl is about spreading Peace, Love and Beauty. She is about living through your Heart, living Healthy, Loving and Caring for Yourself and others, and Loving Animals.

art by me….

Like glittering dust on fairy wings little girl dreams are magical things…

Fairies are often associated with plants and springtime, depicted as pure figures who possess magical powers. … Fairies in these myths may be of the more cartoonish variety and signify simply love, magic and springtime, but most signify things like death, sexual depravity, abduction and general immorality.

Originating in English folklore, the earliest mentions of fairies are in the writings of Gervase of Tilbury, a 12th-century English scholar and canon lawyer. … He wrote about enchanted places with animals that had human characteristics, and spirits that were both good and evil—like fairies.

Though belief in fairies exists to the present day in some places — especially in Ireland, Iceland, Norway, and Scotland — modern fairies have been sanitized for today’s children and (luckily) lost their murderous ways.

Believe in the fairies who make dreams come true …Believe in the wonder the stars and the moon …Believe in the magic from the fairies above ,they dance on the flowers and sing songs of love and if you just believe and always stay true ….the fairies will be there to watch over you…✨

“Think of the happiest things

It’s the same as having wings”

What is a Nightmare?

Nightmares, or bad dreams, are a type of dream that causes you to feel anxiety, fear or terror. Typically, a person will wake up during or just after having a nightmare and he/she will be able to remember all or part of the bad dream clearly.A nightmare is a disturbing dream associated with negative feelings, such as anxiety or fear that awakens you. There can be a number of psychological triggers that cause nightmares in adults. For example, anxiety and depression can cause adult nightmares. Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) also commonly causes people to experience chronic, recurrent nightmares.

  • Stress and Anxiety
  • Mental health conditions
  • Certain drugs and medications
  • Withdrawal from some medications
  • Sleep deprivation
  • Personal history of nightmares

1.Don’t avoid sleep and keep a regular sleep – wake schedule.

2. Decrease alcohol intake and review your psychiatric and sleep medications with your doctor.

3. Wake up fully and be ready for a quick check-in reality.

4. Rewrite the ending and rehearse the new script.

5. Seek treatment for PTSD and other mental health needs.

Nightmares can be triggered by many factors, including: Stress or anxiety. Sometimes the ordinary stresses of daily life, such as a problem at home or school, trigger nightmares. A major change, such as a move or the death of a loved one, can have the same effect.

I hope that this blog will be helpful for those who have terrified Nightmares.

TOM and JERRY (the real relationship..)

art by me…

Who created Tom and Jerry?

The Tom and Jerry cartoon was originally created by animators William Hanna and Joseph Barbera for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. MGM’s animation department had yet to produce any hit cartoon characters since it began in the early 1930s, unlike other animation studios operating at the time.

Some relationship are like Tom and Jerry. They tease eachother, irritate eachother, but can’t live without eachother.

It is very hard to find a person who always be a part of us in our daily life. It’s a blessing to get a person who understands the sorrow behind your smile, The love behind your anger, and The reason behind your silence…🔸

Tom and jerry relationship can be with our life patner, our best friend, or may be our siblings.

I too had my sister Athira (personally my cutee puppy) as my jerry. And me to her – Her Tom. Those who had such a relationship are really lucky to have in their life. And i’m happy that i too had …

In real life they may be aparted by some circumstances, but Tom is always Jerry’s and same back eachother…😍

And thank you for reading and i wish that all must have one such tom and jerry relationship…🌠

“The Secret” is a 2006 self-help book by Rhonda Byrne, based on the earlier film of the same name. It is based on the belief of the law of attraction, which claims that thoughts can change a person’s life directly. The book has sold 30 million copies worldwide and has been translated into 50 languages.

Byrne argues that if you resist your feelings, you prevent yourself from changing your reality. To change your reality, you must go within yourself and create a new frequency with your thoughts and feelings. By resisting something, you give more energy and power to it.

The Secret is really quantum physics in action, explains Anne Taylor, the Cleveland-based author of Secrets of Attraction and Quantum Success.

The 3 Laws of Attraction are:

  • Like Attracts Like.
  • Nature Abhors a Vacuum.
  • The Present is Always Perfect.

The law of attraction  is the belief that the universe creates and provides for you that which your thoughts are focused on. It is believed by many to be a universal law by which “Like always attracts like.” The results of positive thoughts are always positive consequences

Be consistently candid and honest. Make it a point to speak what’s on your mind without fear of judgment. By speaking the truth and being honest, you can support your words with actions that will help you pursue your success. Simply thinking for yourself can make you unforgettable.

The key message of The Secret is that everyone has the ability to create their own reality. In other words, “thoughts can become things”.

“The secret to life is meaningless unless you discover it yourself.” … “This is the secret of life: the self lives only by dying, finds its identity (and its happiness) only by self-forgetfulness, self-giving, self-sacrifice, and agape love.”

If u get a chance….. go through this book ,read and enjoy…
